SARA: Have you ever received an
email newsletter that you don't
remember signing up for?
Most people just delete them,
or mark them as spam, and then
continue to get emails
from the same sender.
If you want to stop this
from happening, you can
unsubscribe completely.
Companies are required by law
to make it easy for you to
unsubscribe by including
instructions and links for
doing so when they email you.
The next time you get one of
these emails, scroll down to
the bottom of the page and
look for instructions
on how to unsubscribe.
Often, you can unsubscribe with
one click, but sometimes you
need to sign into your account
and change your settings.
Alternatively, you could always
mark the unwanted email as
spam by clicking the
Report Spam button.
If you're using Gmail, in
addition to removing the email
from your inbox, Gmail will
try to automatically
unsubscribe for you.
